About SANSEI
SANSEI provides the Japan international business community with quality bilingual Japanese and English accounting, tax, payroll, and consulting services. We serve over 100 reputable client companies ranging from global corporations and US major exchange listed companies to local import/export retailers and sole proprietorships. SANSEI has annual sales of ¥153,000,000. While we can provide service in any industry, many of our clients operate in industries such as communications, IT, financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, marketing, real estate, medical, and electronics.
SANSEI Trust Tax and Accounting is the product of Fukuoka Consultants International Division, a main division of SANSEI Partner Takehiko Fukuoka’s father’s firm. The SANSEI team is made up of certified public tax accountants and experienced staff who work closely with Japan bankers, lawyers, auditors, and judicial and administrative scriveners.
Fukuoka Consultants was established in 1965, providing accounting and tax services to domestic Japanese clients. Takehiko Fukuoka joined Fukuoka Consultants in 1997 after serving at KPMG for seven years as a specialist in international taxation. Soon after joining Fukuoka Consultants, the International Division was established as the Tokyo-Kojimachi International Accounting Firm (TKF). In August of 2002, TKF merged into the new CHIYODA Partners and Associates (CPAA). Finally and with Mr. Fukuoka at its helm, SANSEI span from CPAA in June of 2004 and unfolded into its own office complex, now located at Tokyo’s Imperial Hotel Tower.
